Application for admission should be submitted in the prescribed forms, which will be available at the school office during working hours on payment of Rs. 300/- by cash. The original and copy of the birth certificate and a passport size photograph are to be attached with the application form.
The original birth certificates will be returned after verification. Students seeking admission to class II and above are instructed to submit TC at the time of admission. Application forms are to be filled in completely and submitted on time.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:
- A Passport size photo is to be affixed to the application form with an extra copy attached to the application.
- A self attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
- The mark list of the previous school for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards.
- School Leaving Certificate of the parents.
- The proof regarding completion of Kinder Garden course attested by the Headmistress /Principal of the previous school for students seeking admission to class I (except the students from Ripples Kindergarten).
THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE CONSIDERED WHILE ADMITTING A CHILD:
- Proficiency in the subjects concerned.
- General conduct and behaviour/discipline.
- Preference for sibling of a student already in the school.
- Submission of valid documents.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
- The Original Birth Certificate of the child, School Leaving Certificate of the parents (Will be returned after verification).
- T.C issued by a recognized school.
- The Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the previous school for students seeking admission to class 6 and above.
- Original mark list of the previous school for verification.
- The school offers admission to classes 1 to 9 & 11 as per availability.
- The institution accommodates students from all walks of life regardless of their social status.
- Students seeking admission to class 1 must have attained 5.5 - 6 years of age as on the 1st of June.
- Students who have completed Monte 2 at Ripples Kindergarten may directly seek admission to class 1 with the filled in application form and the requisite fee before 15th January every year.
- The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
WITHDRAWALS:
➤ Notice regarding the withdrawal of a student has to be submitted to the Principal one month in advance.
➤ All the school dues including the fees must be paid and the school properties returned, if any, before the TC is issued.
LEAVE RULES:
➤ It is mandatory for all students to attend class on the reopening day of the school after the summer vacation.
➤ In case they do not join even after 6 working days, their names will be struck off the rolls.
➤ Those students can be readmitted, with a re admission fees only if seats are available.
➤ A student can avail a maximum of 15 consecutive days leave only, except on medical grounds supported with a Medical Certificate.
➤ After 15 days the child’s name will be struck off the rolls.
➤ The child can be re admitted only if a seat is available, on paying the readmission fee.
➤ Leave applications are to be signed and submitted by the parents in advance.
FEE PAYMENT:
➤ There are two modes for payment of Tuition Fees: Payment of complete fees on or before June 30th. Payment in three instalments in June, August and October.
➤ All the other fees have to be paid as per the schedule in the school diary. Payment of Tuition Fees can also be made online.
➤ While making online payment, the name of the student, class and the name of the parent has to be specified. Failure to do so may result in listing the student as a defaulter, inviting unnecessary reminders for payment.
FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
➤ A uniform attire signifies equality and promotes discipline.
➤ The school uniform is compulsory for all.

Shirts – half sleeves, beige colour with blue and green stripes on one side
